In summer 2018, a first of its kind, Youth-Developed and Youth-Led Mental Health National Convergence will be hosted by NTAC Doors to Wellbeing. This Youth Convergence is aimed to support the educational and professional growth of youth that have mental health lived experience. The Youth Convergence will take place in Washington D.C. Led by the Dream Team.

The Dream Team, consists of four emerging young leaders working together to design, organize, and implement this innovative and educational Youth Convergence. The Dream Team will be responsible for leading youth community planning focus group meetings, who will support the Dream Team in selecting the format for delivery of education to other youth attending the event. 

During this process the Dream Team will receive mentoring from experienced, and nationally recognized, Youth Adult Mentors Leaders who will support the Dream Team's personal and professional development through a broad variety of skills
