Each NTAC is required to serve two of the ten Health and Human Services regions and provide basic core services to the states within the two regions. Core services are: developing the consumer voice, improving the lives of consumers, and impacting the broad mental health system in the two regions. Core activities also include TA on business development, training, consultation and support for sound business practices for consumer-run programs
